Hi, I’m Aaron Irizarry. I have over 15 years of experience in (product) design and more than a decade as a people leader at scale.

My design journey came through my involvement with music and playing in underground bands in the late 90’s early 2000’s. I designed for my band and eventually other bands, and from there it was off to the races. As my career progressed I still loved visual design but as I grew as a designer I started focusing more on creating human, user-centric products. This has led to a comprehensive career creating impactful user experiences, and building high-performing teams.

My leadership philosophy is rooted in empathy, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Over the past 10+ years, I have led diverse teams (both small and large), driving them toward success by fostering a culture of open communication, mutual respect, and shared goals. My ability to scale teams and processes effectively has been a cornerstone of my approach to leadership, ensuring that every team member is empowered to contribute their best work.

Outside of my day-to-day work, I enjoy speaking and workshop facilitation. With 13 years of experience, I partner with organizations and teams worldwide to enhance their collaboration, leadership capabilities, and interpersonal skills. Through engaging workshops and insightful talks, I provide practical strategies and tools that help teams work more cohesively, and help leaders inspire and guide their teams more effectively.
