Our ability to critique speaks directly to the quality of our conversations and collaboration with our teammates, whether they be designers, developers, or stakeholders. Our ideas and designs for the services, products, and websites we create depend on this feedback. This workshop pairs theory and interactive exercises to help teams build a healthy critique practice.

Laying a Foundation for Effective Design Teams
When we look at what it takes to build successful, high-performing teams, we see that our opportunity for success doesn’t solely lie in the skills we hire for, but in setting a foundation for successful team (and org) outcomes by building a foundation for our teams to do their best work and be their best selves.
In this workshop, I share thoughts, tools, and techniques (gathered from personal successes and failures) for building teams that perform at a high level while minimizing high anxiety.
